TERMS OF SERVICE

SELF-SUPPORTING NONPROFIT™ AFFILIATE PROGRAM

TERMS OF SERVICE & AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

 Effective Date: October 12, 2026

Program Operator: Halo Consumer Advocates, operating the Self-Supporting Nonprofit™ Affiliate Program ("SSNP," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering for, accessing, or participating in the Self-Supporting Nonprofit™ Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Participation

The SSNP Affiliate Program allows approved participants to earn commissions by referring prospective customers to eligible Self-Supporting Nonprofit™ services. Participation is subject to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. SSNP reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate affiliate participation in accordance with this Agreement. Registration does not guarantee earnings or continued participation.

2. Affiliate Eligibility Affiliates

must: Be at least 18 years of age. Provide accurate and current registration information. Maintain an active and accessible email address. Comply with applicable advertising, marketing, and consumer protection laws. Conduct promotional activities honestly and professionally. Agree to these Terms of Service. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

3. Commission Structure

Eligible affiliates earn a 25% commission on the first qualifying sale made by a referred customer. The following conditions apply: Only one commission is payable per referred customer. Additional purchases or services purchased by the same customer do not generate additional commissions. Commissions apply only to qualifying purchases successfully attributed to the Affiliate. A referral alone does not guarantee payment. Commissions are calculated on the qualifying sale amount actually received by SSNP, excluding applicable taxes, refunds, discounts, chargebacks, and other excluded amounts specified in the Program's published commission policy. SSNP may reject or reverse commissions associated with fraudulent, canceled, refunded, or otherwise ineligible transactions. No recurring or lifetime commissions are offered under this Program.

4. Referral Tracking and Attribution

Each Affiliate receives a unique referral tracking link through the Partnero affiliate management platform. Affiliates may distribute their authorized links through approved marketing channels. Referrals and qualifying transactions are tracked through Partnero and any additional verification processes established by SSNP. A commission is payable only when the referred customer and qualifying sale can be properly attributed to the Affiliate under the Program's tracking and attribution rules. The applicable referral attribution window, treatment of competing referrals, and handling of tracking failures will be governed by the commission and attribution policy published by SSNP. Affiliates may not manipulate tracking links, generate fraudulent referrals, or interfere with referral attribution.

5. Commission Approval and Payment

Affiliates earn a 25% commission on the first qualifying sale made by a referred customer, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Approved commissions will be paid within seven (7) calendar days after Halo Consumer Advocates receives the referred customer's payment in full, provided the transaction has been verified and the Affiliate has supplied all required payment and tax information.

Partial payments, deposits, and installment payments do not trigger commission payouts. The seven-day payment period begins only after the customer's full qualifying payment has been received.

Commissions associated with fraudulent, canceled, refunded, disputed, or otherwise ineligible transactions may be withheld, adjusted, or reversed in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information, completing any legally required tax documentation, and satisfying their own applicable tax obligations.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities Affiliates

are responsible for promoting SSNP services accurately and ethically. Affiliates may use their websites, social media accounts, email communications, professional networks, and other lawful marketing channels. Affiliates must: Represent SSNP services accurately. Use authorized promotional materials and approved claims. Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when required by law. Respect prospective customers' privacy. Comply with applicable email marketing, advertising, and consumer protection requirements. Avoid misleading or exaggerated representations. Affiliates may not promise guaranteed nonprofit approval, tax-exempt status, funding, grants, income, or other results unless specifically authorized and supported by SSNP.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited: False or misleading advertising. Spam or unsolicited communications that violate applicable law. Fraudulent referrals, fabricated transactions, or unauthorized purchases. Misrepresentation of SSNP services, pricing, or outcomes. Impersonation of SSNP employees, representatives, or authorized agents. Unauthorized use of SSNP trademarks or copyrighted materials. Creating websites, social media accounts, or advertisements that falsely appear to be official SSNP properties. Unauthorized collection or misuse of customer information. Offering unauthorized discounts, incentives, or guarantees. Manipulating referral tracking systems. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or cancellation of commissions associated with prohibited activity, subject to applicable law.

8. Marketing Materials and Intellectual Property SSNP

may provide Affiliates with approved logos, graphics, descriptions, promotional content, and other marketing resources. These materials remain the property of SSNP or their respective owners. Affiliates receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use authorized materials solely for promoting eligible SSNP services during active participation. Affiliates may not alter trademarks, create misleading promotional materials, or represent themselves as the owner of SSNP intellectual property. Upon termination, Affiliates must discontinue unauthorized use of SSNP branding and promotional materials.

9. Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliates participate as independent contractors and are not employees, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of SSNP. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, legal partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Affiliates are not authorized to enter into contracts, make commitments, collect payments, or assume obligations on behalf of SSNP without prior written authorization. Affiliates are responsible for their own operating expenses, business activities, and applicable legal obligations.

10. Customer Relationships and Confidentiality

Customers purchasing SSNP services enter into a direct service relationship with SSNP. Affiliates do not own customer accounts or acquire authority over customer purchases, services, or future transactions. Affiliates must protect confidential business information and any personal information lawfully received in connection with their promotional activities. Customer information may not be sold, disclosed, or used for unauthorized purposes. SSNP is responsible for delivering purchased services under its applicable customer agreements.

11. Program Changes SSNP

reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Program, including eligible services, commission rates, promotional requirements, tracking procedures, and payment policies. Material changes will be communicated through the Affiliate Portal, email, or another reasonable notification method. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed, commission changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce commissions already earned under the terms in effect when the qualifying sale occurred. Continued participation after the effective date of properly communicated changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination

Affiliates may discontinue participation by notifying SSNP. SSNP may suspend or terminate an Affiliate for fraud, material violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or other legitimate program administration reasons. Upon termination: The Affiliate must stop representing themselves as an active SSNP Affiliate. Access to the Affiliate Portal and promotional resources may be discontinued. Referral links may be deactivated or reassigned according to the published termination and attribution policy. No new commissions will accrue from promotional activity occurring after termination. Commissions validly earned before termination remain subject to verification, applicable adjustments, and the payment provisions of this Agreement. The treatment of customers who were referred before termination but purchase afterward will follow SSNP's published post-termination attribution policy.

13. Affiliate Inactivity and Account Management

SSNP does not require Affiliates to generate a minimum number of sales or referrals within any specified period to maintain participation in the Program.

However, SSNP reserves the right, at its discretion, to deactivate or remove Affiliate accounts that have remained inactive for an extended period, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

An Affiliate will not be considered inactive solely because a qualifying referral is progressing through an active sales process or because a previously referred customer has not yet completed a pending transaction.

Commissions validly earned before account deactivation remain payable in accordance with this Agreement.

Referral clicks, unconverted leads, or tracking links do not create a permanent entitlement to future commissions. Following account deactivation, an Affiliate will not earn commissions from subsequent purchases unless otherwise expressly authorized by SSNP.

SSNP may deactivate referral links associated with inactive or terminated accounts. Any referral attribution and commission rights will remain subject to the Program's published tracking and attribution policies.

14. No Guarantee of Earnings

SSNP makes no guarantee regarding the number of referrals, customer conversions, commission amounts, or income an Affiliate may earn. Results depend on individual promotional activities, customer decisions, qualifying transactions, and other factors. Participation does not establish a guaranteed income opportunity.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional liability limitations must be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Disputes This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Las Vegas, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings. Any additional dispute resolution procedures or venue requirements must be expressly stated in the finalized Agreement.
